This community service activity aims to improve the leadership capacity and communication skills of mosque youth in Karyamekar Village, Garut Regency, West Java. As the younger generation with a strategic role in social and religious development, mosque youth are expected to emerge as communicative, inspiring, and articulate agents of change. However, this significant potential has not been fully supported by adequate training in leadership and communication. Through this training, the implementing team will provide materials and direct mentoring to the participants, who are members of the village's mosque youth. The activity is designed as a two-day participatory training that encompasses theory and practice, using methods such as interactive lectures, group discussions, role-plays, public speaking simulations, and leadership case studies. The core materials in this training include: leadership fundamentals, leadership types, effective communication techniques, public speaking skills, and strategies for managing religious organizations or activities. Furthermore, the training will highlight ethical values, social responsibility, and the role of youth in strengthening Islamic values in society. It is hoped that after participating in this program, participants will significantly improve their self-confidence, leadership skills, and communication skills, which can be applied to organizational life, mosque activities, and community social life. This program is also expected to serve as a starting point for developing young cadres ready to become future leaders, both within the mosque and in the village community at large.
Irman Ramdhan FauziDenny Aditya Dwiwarman Halimatun Sadiyah Enden Suryati Dariyanto Dariyanto

One way to restore the prosperity and vitality of mosques is to begin by reorganizing and rebuilding the mosque’s branding, modeled after the Prophet Muhammad’s mosque. Various methods can be employed to revive the vibrancy of nearby mosques, such as holding islamic study sessions featuring prominent figures to attract the interest of the younger generation and the general public. A youth – led management team, strong internal solidarity, and a strategic location are key strengths in implementing branding strategies. Furthermore, the use of digital platforms can support mosque activities and enhance the mosque’s image among the public. In today’s digital era, digital platforms are crucial for accessing information and disseminating positive values. This PkM activity si expected to demonstrate the social awareness of youth in bulding mosque branding through creative social media content and increasing creativity in developing ideas for disseminating religious values.
Ferryal AbadiSantos Winarso DwiyogoNurdinBadriyahMega Sukmawati

The development of digital technology has transformed the national economic landscape, including transaction and payment patterns in the micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) sector. However, in rural areas such as Karyamekar Village, Garut, West Java, most MSMEs still conduct transactions conventionally and have not fully utilized digital payment systems. This situation results in inefficient transaction processes, poorly managed financial records, and limited market expansion opportunities. This community service program aims to improve MSMEs' digital literacy and competency through training and mentoring on the use of digital transactions and payments. The methods used include interactive training, hands-on workshops on the use of digital payment applications (such as QRIS and digital wallets), and a month of intensive mentoring on implementing these systems in daily business activities. This activity is expected to improve MSMEs' capabilities in conducting cashless transactions, improving financial recording systems, and increasing business efficiency. Furthermore, the program aims to foster a sustainable village digital economy ecosystem through the formation of local digital mentoring groups. Overall, this program is expected to serve as a model for community empowerment based on digital transaction processing that can be replicated in other rural areas. Through this activity, universities play an active role in supporting the national policy of "MSMEs Go Digital" and realizing increased financial inclusion and economic independence for rural communities.
Popon Rabia AdawiaAshri RamadhaniMuhammad RidwanAsep SolihinZahra Zahra

This paper presents reflections and insights from one day trip visit to Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) undertaken by a group of international students. TMII, a cultural and educational park in Jakarta, provides a valuable journey through Indonesian’s rich cultural diversity and national philosophies. Through the exploration of TMII’s regional pavilions, museums and religious sites, the group gained a deeper understanding of Indonesian culture, Pancasila, citizenship values, religious pluralism and the importance of Bahasa Indonesia as a unifying language. This learning opportunity effectively integrated Pancasila studies, citizenship education, language practice and religious appreciation. It highlighted the role of TMII as an interactive resource that link cultural gaps and encourages the global awareness of Indonesia’s plural identity.
Hally HanafiahLiswandi LiswandiAkari LynnKaung Khant KyawThiri Maung Maung Zaw

Household financial management training is one way to improve families' ability to effectively manage income, expenses, and savings. This research was conducted in Karyamekar Village, Pasirwangi, Garut, West Java, targeting women members of the Family Welfare Movement (PKK).
The community service activity with the theme of Training on the Use of Financial Technology for Economic Resilience in Karyamekar Village, Garut Regency aims to strengthen the Economic Resilience of MSMEs in Karyamekar Village, Garut, through Training on the Use of Financial Technology (FinTech). The main background is the low digital financial literacy of partners, which leads to manual cash flow management practices (cash-based) and high vulnerability to liquidity risks and informal loans. The implementation method uses a Participatory Approach and Technical Guidance (hands-on) for 25 MSMEs. The FinTech intervention focused on the QRIS application for e-payment transactions and simple e-bookkeeping software for financial recording. The evaluation results showed significant program effectiveness. There was an increase in digital financial literacy of 82.2% (the average score increased from 45 to 82), and the application adoption rate in operational simulations reached 80%. This FinTech adoption directly impacted operational efficiency improvements, reduced recapitulation time and increased cash flow transparency. The conclusions show that effective FinTech training is a realistic key to transforming the financial management of rural MSMEs, building a credible data footprint, and mitigating risks. A key recommendation is the need for support from the Garut Regional Government in providing stable digital infrastructure to ensure the program's sustainability.
Mohammad Sigit Adi NugrahaJoel Faruk SofyanFaridha Nurazizah YasirrahayuBadie UddinPopong Setiawati

To support the development of the economic potential of the Tugu Selatan tourist village, Cisarua, West Java, village business entities and lecturers from six universities collaborated to optimize entrepreneurial products into superior products in the village. This is crucial for improving the quality and competitiveness of MSMEs, which are the backbone of the regional economy, particularly in Kampung Koboi and Kampung Susu. MSMEs play a vital role in the national and regional economy. However, many MSMEs experience difficulties in business and financial management and require a better understanding of aspects of entrepreneurship, business legality, financial management, and more. Therefore, we held a Community Service Program as one of the implementations of the Tri Dharma (Three Pillars of Community Empowerment). This program included training and mentoring for entrepreneurs in the Tugu Selatan tourist village, Cisarua, West Java, specifically Kampung Koboi and Kampung Susu, to help them develop their products into superior products with global competitiveness. The community service activities took the form of training and mentoring.
