<p>This community service activity aims to equip students of SMK Triguna 1956, Petukangan Utara, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta to enter the world of work. This community service activity is packaged in the form of training with the theme of digital marketing. Specifically, the theme focuses on simple copywriting techniques in creating product advertisements. The training participants are grade X students. In general, the training participants have been able to understand the concept of marketing in general well, including the definition and advantages and disadvantages of digital marketing. However, the training participants have not been able to understand how to create headlines or content titles that attract attention in advertising products to consumers. By participating in this training, participants are expected to be able to apply digital marketing tools in general, both in companies and for their own businesses. In addition, participants are expected to be able to implement simple copywriting techniques in communicating product value to consumers. Various problems in running a business occur in today’s economy. The millenial generation has a differnt perspective from the previous generation. <p>English Training for Tour Guides is a strategic effort to increase the capacity of local human resources and the competitiveness of the tourism sector in Desa Warnasari, Kecamatan Pangalengan, Kabupaten Bandung, West Java. Desa Warnasari has attractive natural tourism potential, but still faces challenges in reaching foreign tourists due to limited communication skills in foreign languages, especially English. This training activity aims to equip residents and youth organizations who become local tour guides with basic English skills relevant to the world of tourism, such as introducing tourist attractions, explaining travel routes, answering visitors' questions, and conveying local cultural and historical information. The training methods used include interactive lectures, hands-on practice (role play), and questions and answers. The results of the training showed a significant improvement in the confidence and communication skills of participants in English. <p>The purpose of this Community Service (PKM) program is to provide knowledge and communication and customer service skills to tourism entrepreneurs in Desa Warnasari, Kecamatan Pengalengan, Kabupaten Bandung, West Java. The communication and customer service skills training program aimed at tourism entrepreneurs in Desa Warnasari was carried out as a strategy to improve the quality of tourism services. The training activities are designed with a participatory approach through lecture methods, role simulations, and question and answers. The results of the evaluation showed an increase in participants' understanding of the importance of interpersonal communication in the context of tourism services as well as improving attitudes and service practices to tourists. This training makes a significant contribution to shaping the image of a friendly and quality tourism destination, while strengthening local competitiveness in the midst of the growth of the tourism industry. <p>This community service program was implemented with the aim of increasing the capacity of farmers and livestock breeders in Warnasari Village, Pangalengan District, West Java in terms of financial management and business administration. The main problem faced by the local community is the lack of understanding of simple financial records and effective and sustainable business management. This activity is important considering the village's great potential in the fields of agriculture and livestock which has not been balanced with a good business management system. The method of implementing the activity includes training, direct assistance, and simulation of daily and monthly financial records. Participants are trained to make simple financial reports, prepare business budget plans, and understand the importance of recording transactions in making business decisions. In addition, the implementation team also provides easy-to-understand training modules so that participants can continue to learn independently. The results of this activity show an increase in participants' understanding and skills in preparing financial reports and managing their businesses in a more organized manner. Several farmers and livestock breeders have even started implementing a daily recording system and preparing short-term business plans. <p>Village-Owned Enterprises, hereinafter referred to as BUMDes, are a village economic institution/entity that is a legal entity formed and owned by the Village Government, managed independently and professionally with capital that is wholly or mostly separated village assets. Ultimately, BUMDes was formed with the aim of increasing business opportunities in order to strengthen village autonomy and reduce unemployment. With Law No. 6 of 2014, the village government is given broader authority in terms of developing and empowering the economy of the village community in accordance with the potential, opportunities and capabilities of the village. However, many economic potentials of villages cannot be optimally utilized by the village to improve the economy and welfare of the community due to limited management strategies in managing BUMDes businesses and limited Human Resource capabilities in managing BUMDes. <p>Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is a crucial aspect in supporting productivity and work sustainability, especially in the agriculture and livestock sectors, which carry a high risk of work-related accidents and occupational diseases. This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding and awareness of workers in the agriculture and livestock sectors regarding the importance of applying OSH principles in their daily activities. The activity was carried out on June 13 and 14, 2025, in the 3rd-grade classroom of Palayangan State elementary school, Warnasari Village, Pangalengan Sub-district, Bandung Regency, with a total of 25 participants consisting of vegetable farmers and livestock breeders. The methods used in this training included interactive lectures, group discussions, simulations on the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and pre-test and post-test evaluations. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of basic OSH concepts and their motivation to apply them in their respective businesses. <p>The community service conducted at PT CJ Logistic is an effort to support financial literacy. This is necessary because CJ Logistic employees are young people who joined the company immediately after graduating from vocational high school. Many of them are working at this company for the first time. Therefore, there is a need to provide financial literacy knowledge to the workers at this company. To facilitate the event and avoid disrupting work hours, the event was held on Saturday when the company only operates half a day. The community service was conducted by organizing a short educational session on personal financial planning. The session was divided into two parts: in the first session, participants received classroom instruction. In the second session, participants were encouraged to ask questions about their individual financial planning. Of course, creating a personal financial plan requires knowledge of one's financial condition and time to develop it. Therefore, the second session focused on general financial planning. At the end of the session, a summary of what was learned that day was provided, and the event concluded with a game related to financial planning led by the students. Participants attended the session from start to finish with enthusiasm. <p>The problem faced by farmers in Warnasari Village, Bandung, West Java, is that they generally rely on traditional knowledge in managing their vegetable farming business. Aspects of business management, such as production planning, financial record-keeping, and resource management, are not carried out systematically. The lack of business strategy implementation leads to low efficiency and income in farming. The method used in this Community Service activity is training or counseling. The goal of this activity is to increase awareness among the community about the importance of digitalizing vital family records through information provision. The process of implementing this activity starts from 1) Preparation, which includes needs analysis and coordination with the community, 2) Implementation, which includes preparing materials and providing information through lectures, 3) Evaluation, which involves creating follow-up plans. The conclusion of this activity is that farmers are expected to be able to manage their farming business more professionally, increase production efficiency, and expand market access, thereby significantly increasing their income. This community service activity aims to improve communication and customer service skills for residents and members of the Warnasari Village youth organization. The methods used are interactive training, simulations, and questions and answers and discussions. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the importance of effective communication and excellent service as a support for improving the quality of tourism, as well as the emergence of motivation to apply these skills in daily activities.
