Abstract

This study aims to understand consumer opinions regarding the reliability, durability, and performance of Samsung products, as well as how these factors influence customer loyalty. A quantitative approach was used by distributing questionnaires to 22 Samsung users residing in Jakarta. The collected data was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that all three variables significantly influence customer loyalty, with product performance having the strongest impact. This means that the better consumers perceive the product's performance, the more likely they are to remain loyal. These findings are important for Samsung's marketing strategies and product development in a competitive market.
