ANALISIS KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT HIVE FIVE

This study aims to determine the level of employee job satisfaction at PT Hive Five. The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data, while the data sources used are primary and secondary. The population used is all employees working at PT Hive Five with a sample of 22 people. While the method used is a descriptive method, namely Likert scale analysis by describing the level of employee job satisfaction based on the results obtained with an interval of 81 % - 100 % classified as very high criteria.
