ANALISIS KEPUASAN KARYAWAN PT CYBER FUTURES FOREX

This study aims to analyze the level of employee satisfaction at PT Cyber Futures Forex as one of the important indicators in improving work performance and productivity. Employee job satisfaction is influenced by various factors, including compensation, work environment, relationships between coworkers, and career development opportunities. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative by distributing questionnaires to respondents from various divisions in the company. The results showed that most employees were quite satisfied with the work environment and relationships with coworkers, but there was still dissatisfaction with the compensation system and unclear career paths. Therefore, the company is advised to improve the quality of human resource management through evaluating the reward system, providing continuous training, and improving the organizational structure so that employee satisfaction and loyalty can be optimally improved.
