Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of student satisfaction with various campus service aspects at Politeknik LP3I Jakarta, including administrative services, campus facilities, security, and the comfort of the learning environment. A descriptive quantitative approach was used with a survey method through closed questionnaires. A total of 50 respondents were selected using purposive sampling, having completed at least two semesters. The analysis results show that student satisfaction falls into the high category with a percentage of 72.96%. The most satisfying aspects include academic information services and soft skills development programs, while internet access and computer laboratory facilities received relatively lower scores.
