PENGARUH MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT GRITA ARTHA KREAMINDO JAKARTA

Abstract

Grita Artha Kreamindo Jakarta. Samples were taken as many as 44 respondents. Data analysis used simple regression estimation using the SPSS Ver 24 program. Measurements were made using a Likert scale that was prepared specifically for this study. The results of this study can prove that there is a significant influence on variables on employee performance. The strong relationship between motivation and performance is 0.70. While the magnitude of the influence of motivation variables on employee performance variables is 49.1%. The remaining 50.9% is the role of other factors that are not supported in this study.
