PENGARUH KETERAMPILAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PEKERJA PADA HOME INDUSTRI DI KECAMATAN PANYILEUKAN KOTA BANDUNG

Abstract

The business of making shredded fish has a positive impact, both for entrepreneurs and the local community. For entrepreneurs, the economic impact of this business is to increase their income. In addition, the operation of a labor-intensive shredded tuna fish business will help absorb labor for the local community. Work productivity of employees is very important so that the skills of employees in the home industry of shredded tuna need to be continuously improved. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence work skills have on the productivity of making shredded tuna in the home industry in Panyileukan District, Bandung City. This research method uses quantitative descriptive. The results of this study indicate that the work skills of employees have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of making shredded tuna in the home industry in Panyileukan District, Bandung City, which has an effect of 76%.
