In an era of global competition, job satisfaction plays a crucial role in supporting employee productivity and loyalty. The research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative method through questionnaires distributed to 18 patrol unit employees. The results indicate that the overall level of job satisfaction falls into the "high" category, with an average score of 74.22%. The most satisfying aspects include salary, benefits, job security, and coworker relationships, while daily work routines and career development opportunities still require improvement. A descriptive quantitative approach was used with a survey method through closed questionnaires. A total of 50 respondents were selected using purposive sampling, having completed at least two semesters. The analysis results show that student satisfaction falls into the high category with a percentage of 72.96%. The research used a descriptive quantitative method by distributing online questionnaires to 18 respondents. The instrument consisted of 16 items covering compensation, work relationships, facilities, training, and rewards. The results show an actual score of 831 out of an ideal score of 1,440, resulting in a satisfaction percentage of 74.30%. According to Sugiyono’s criteria, this falls into the “high” category, indicating that most employees are satisfied.
