Restaurants, as food service providers, are required to utilize technology to improve operational efficiency and customer convenience. A restaurant food ordering system based on mobile phones makes it easier for customers to view the menu, select their orders, and confirm them without having to wait for a waiter. This system is designed using the Android platform with a simple and user-friendly interface. With this system, customers can order food efficiently, minimize errors in order recording, and reduce waiting time. The results of this study indicate that using a mobile phone-based food ordering system can increase customer satisfaction and provide added value for restaurants in terms of service. This system also has the potential to be integrated with digital payment systems to support the process faster and safer transactions. Currently, recording is still done manually, making it inefficient in terms of data search, storage, and report generation. Therefore, a web-based information system is needed to manage consultation data more effectively. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Student Care Center information system to support the recording and management of student complaints. The system was developed using the CodeIgniter 4 framework, with Bootstrap templates for a responsive interface, and a MySQL database for data storage. The current system still relies on manual methods using Microsoft Excel and physical documents, resulting in delayed information access, the risk of input errors, and the difficulty of real-time data tracking. This research employed a Research and Development (R&amp;D) method, including literature review, observation, and interviews to identify system requirements. The system was designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML), which includes Use Case diagrams, Activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. The database was optimized through normalization and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs). The resulting web-based system allows Admins and Users to manage machine data through features such as registration, login, data addition, QR Code scanning, and data updates, with access controlled based on user roles. The dominance of manual practices still creates challenges in documentation and transparency, thus an integrated e-portfolio module is needed. This study adopts the Agile framework with iterative stages including needs analysis, system design, module implementation, and testing. Needs analysis was conducted through interviews with lecturers and students to identify obstacles in CPL assessment. The practical use of the e-portfolio module is evident in documenting student achievements such as projects, certification, and academic records that can be accessed by lecturers for assessment. The result show that the system is more responsive, transparent, and supportive of study program accreditation. Creating a website is crucial for this data management. The website aims to manage internship registration, recruitment, and monitoring, including attendance. The website uses JavaScript and React programming languages ​​to create the user interface (frontend), PHP for the backend server, MySQL for the database, and Node.js to run the React development server.
