PROGRAM EUB SEBAGAI STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI KEPALA UPPM UNTUK MENGETAHUI TINGKAT KEPUASAN MAHASISWA POLITEKNIK LP3I JAKARTA KAMPUS BEKASI
Abstract
To find out the level of student satisfaction on all services and facilities provided to Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Students Campus Bekasi, head of UPPM implement EUB program as communication strategy. The research was conducted at Polytechnic of LP3I Jakarta Campus of Bekasi by taking, as many as 31 students as the research sample which was calculated using. Data collection using a closed questionnaire of five rating scales. The research was conducted quantitatively which was used as the data analysis tool. The research resulted in six main findings in accordance with the results of research, namely 1) The level of student satisfaction on the performance of lecturers is satisfied, 2) The level of student satisfaction on academic performance is not satisfied, 3) The level of student satisfaction on the performance of management is satisfied, 4) to the supporting facilities is not satisfied, 5) The level of student satisfaction on the course material is satisfied, 6) The level of student satisfaction on all services is satisfied. Based on the findings, it is necessary to improve the academic services and the provision of lecture support facilities for the students.
