Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the earthquake emergency response by CSR activities carried out by a company along with some of the obstacles that arise such as small earthquakes that are still happening, bad signal connections, hampered delivery services, irregular weather, irregular work of local workers and the media arrived late and the solutions implemented by the disaster emergency response team of perusahaan in facing these obstacles. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach with the main data sources taken from observations and interviews as well as company documents as research supporting data. Disaster emergency response CSR activities carried out by perusahaan consists of a pre-activity stage, a core activity stage and a post-activity stage, in which there are several obstacles in its implementation, but the company already has a good settlement solution.
