KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL: AKTIVITAS INTERNAL RELATIONS ANTARA PIMPINAN DAN KARYAWAN DALAM DIVISI HUMAS

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to find out how the process of internal relations activities of the public relations division at the research object and know how the interpersonal communication of the PR leaders with its employees and know what are the obstacles and what are the solutions to solving these problems. The research method used is observation at objek penelitian, literature study, and interviews. The results of this observation found the implementation of internal relations activities at objek penelitian namely giving rewards, holding weekly rapats, monthly ceremonies, family gatherings, fulfilling needs and feeling safe and making suggestion boxes. In terms of constraints, differences in status that make employees in groups, lack of verbal communication, miss communication, collection of suggestion boxes and time management. The solution to differences in status is to take a persuasive communication approach, lack of verbal communication requires more interaction between employees and miss communication. then you should need to build a structured information system.
