KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA: SUATU KAJIAN LITERATUR

Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja (QWL) adalah merupakan suatu konsep multi-dimensi, yang meliputi sejumlah faktor yang saling terkait yang perlu pertimbangan cermat untuk konsep dan mengukurnya. Istilah QWL dapat dijabarkan dalam beberapa aspek yaitu kepuasan kerja, keterlibatan kerja, motivasi, kinerja, produktivitas, kesehatan, keselamatan dan kesejahteraan, keamanan kerja, pengembangan kompetensi dan keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan non kehidupan kerja.
Kata kunci: Kualitas hidup (QoL), Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja (WLB), Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja (QWL), Kepuasan Kerja.
