Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and prove the influence of Transformational Leadership and Work Environment on Employee Productivity at PT XYZ. The hypothesis tested is that there is an influence between transformational leadership and work environment on employee productivity. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study is all employees of PT XYZ, totaling 63 people. The sample in this study uses saturated sampling, so the entire population is taken as the sample, consisting of 63 respondents. The data collection technique for the variables of transformational leadership (X1), work environment (X2), and employee productivity (Y) uses a Likert scale questionnaire. The data is analyzed using descriptive statistics. The statistical requirements test included a normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov (KS) test, a multicollinearity test, an autocorrelation test using the Durbin-Watson (DW) test, and a heteroscedasticity test using the Park test. The results of the statistical requirements test showed that the data for variables X1, X2, and Y were normally distributed. Hypothesis testing included testing the first and second hypotheses using correlation analysis and multiple linear regression. Significance testing uses the F test and t test at a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Transformational Leadership and Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity at PT XYZ, with a calculated F value of 23.738 > F table 3.15. Partially, Transformational Leadership does not have a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity, with a t-value of -0.234 < t-table 2.000. Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity, with a t-value of 5.155 > t-table 2.000. This indicates a strong correlation between the variables, with R = 0.665 and Adjusted R² = 0.423.
