Abstract

Humans are the driving force and determinant of the direction of an organization, where employee performance is the main indicator of a company's success. This study aims to measure the influence of education level, work experience, and competence on employee performance. The approach used is quantitative, with a simple random sampling method through the distribution of questionnaires to employees of PT. Anabatic Technologies Tbk. A total of 110 respondents were collected and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show a coefficient of determination (Adjusted R-Square) of 0.378, which means that 37.8% of employee performance variability can be explained by the three independent variables in this study, namely education level, work experience, and competence. Simultaneously and partially, these three variables are proven to have a significant effect on employee performance
