Abstract

PT Anugerah Jaya Abadi is an innovative company from Kebumen, Central Java, focused on sustainable vannamei shrimp cultivation with international standards. The company integrates advanced technologies such as IoT, blockchain for traceability, and automated quality control systems, as well as adopting precision aquaculture technologies such as RAS-biofloc. Its commitment to sustainability is demonstrated through the use of solar energy and alternative feed from black soldier fly (BSF). Through Value Stream Mapping (VSM), the company has succeeded in increasing production efficiency by 30%, shortening the cultivation cycle from 120 to 100 days, and increasing the shrimp survival rate from 75% to 85%. PT Anugerah Jaya Abadi's products have met high standards such as 4-star BAP, ASC, and HACCP. In addition to premium shrimp, the company also develops ready-to-eat products, organic shrimp, and waste-based derivative products. With innovation, efficiency, and sustainability as its main pillars, the company aims to become a global leader in the vannamei shrimp industry.
