Abstract

This study aims to-analyze the extent to which training influences employee- performance at PT ABC.The research employeed a quantitative approach with 45 employees who had participated in thetraining programs as respondents. The sampling technique applied was saturated sampling (census). Data were obtained through questionnaires and then tested for validity and reliability. The analyz tools usedd included simple linear regression, the F-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The regression analysis produced a coefficient of 0.449, indicating that training has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Furthermore, the F-test value of 20.734 with a significance level of-0.000(<0.05),and the t-test results confirmed the validity of model. Based on the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.325, it was found that training contributes 32.5% to performance improvement,while the-remaining 67.5% is-influenced by other factors.These finding-suggest that enhancing the-quality &-effectiveness of training is essential to optimize employee performance
