PENGARUH DESAIN KERJA DAN STRESS KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DI PT. DYANDRA PROMOSINDO

This study aims to analyze the effect of job design and job stress on employee job satisfaction at PT Dyandra Promosindo. The background of this research is based on the crucial role of human resources in achieving organizational goals, where job satisfaction is a critical factor. Issues such as ineffective task division and high work pressure have the potential to decrease job satisfaction levels. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. The sampling technique applied is saturated sampling with a total of 50 employee respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results indicate that job design has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Likewise, job stress also shows a significant, yet negative, effect on employee job satisfaction. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of implementing optimal job design and effective stress management strategies to enhance job satisfaction within the organization.
