Abstract

Human resources (HR) are strategic assets that determine the success and aspirations of an organization. HR performance is influenced not only by technical and operational factors, but also by psychological, social, and managerial aspects related to employee motivation, satisfaction, and involvement in their work. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method, namely research that aims to explain the causal relationship between independent variables (employee engagement, work-life balance, and rewards) and the dependent variable (HR performance). A quantitative approach was chosen because this study tests hypotheses and measures data using a structured questionnaire. The results of this study found that employee engagement, work-life balance, and rewards influence HR performance. These three factors—Employee Engagement, Work-Life Balance, and Rewards—do not stand alone but complement each other in shaping HR performance. High engagement strengthens dedication, work-life balance maintains motivation, while rewards serve as an additional driver to achieve organizational targets. The combination of these three creates ideal working conditions so that HR can optimally contribute to achieving organizational goals
