Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial behavior, risk tolerance, and financial pressure on financial satisfaction in the millennial generation. Using a causal-associative quantitative approach, this study collected primary data through an online questionnaire from 185 respondents aged 25-40 years who lived in urban areas of Indonesia. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Square (PLS) was used to analyze the data. The results showed that the variables of financial behavior, risk tolerance, and financial stress significantly and positively affected financial satisfaction. The implication of these findings is the importance of financial education and risk management strategies tailored to the characteristics of the millennial generation to increase their financial satisfaction in a sustainable manner.
