Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price, service, and fuel availability on customer loyalty at Cikini gas stations. The research method used was a descriptive approach with a mixed method, using interviews and simple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results indicate that price stability, service quality, and consistent fuel availability are the main factors influencing customer loyalty. The regression analysis revealed that service quality has the most significant influence on customer satisfaction, accounting for 70%, with the remainder influenced by other factors
