Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of digital wallet reuse intention among users in the Jabodetabek area, focusing on the roles of user experience, electronic word-of-mouth (e- WOM), and sales discounts, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the theoretical foundation, this quantitative research collected data through online surveys from digital wallet users and analyzed them using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The results are expected to provide insights for digital payment providers to design strategies that enhance user satisfaction, strengthen loyalty, and increase reuse intention.
