PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI

Amidst the demands for increased effectiveness of public sector organizations, the role of human resources is crucial in driving employee performance achievement. This study was conducted to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Human Resources Bureau of the Central Statistics Agency. This study used a quantitative approach with purposive sampling data collection techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Respondents in this study were 145 active employees at the Human Resources Bureau of BPS. The results of this study indicate that Transformational Leadership does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction also have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Then, the simultaneous results of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This finding emphasizes the importance of integration between a strong work culture, balanced job satisfaction, and an empowering leadership style in creating optimal employee performance.
