In the post-implementation phase, the effectiveness of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is not only determined by the technical system aspects but is also influenced by individual and organizational factors. The operational complexity in managing the Jababeka Industrial Estate requires the use of an integrated and sustainable ERP system. This study aims to analyze the effects of user involvement, training orientation, and top management support on ERP effectiveness through employee job satisfaction. The population of this study consists of all employees managing the Jababeka Industrial Estate who use the ERP system, with a sample of 200 respondents collected through a survey method. This research employs a quantitative approach, with data analysis conducted using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equating Modelling (PLS-SEM) through the SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that user involvement, training orientation, and top management support have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on ERP effectiveness. This study provides managerial implications regarding the importance of strengthening user involvement, adaptive training orientation, and top management support in maintaining employee job satisfaction to promote sustainable ERP effectiveness.
