Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on employee performance at the Food Security and Agriculture Offices in Raja Ampat Regency, Southwest Papua Province. The method used in this study was quantitative, with 50 employees as the sample. Saturated sampling technique was used, where the entire population was sampled because the population size was less than 100. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The analysis used in this study was quantitative multiple linear regression. The results of simultaneous testing showed that the variables Work Discipline and Work Motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the results of simultaneous testing with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05). The results of partial testing showed that the variable Work Discipline had no significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of f<α (0.1180>0.05). The results of partial testing showed that the variable Work Motivation had a significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of f<α (0.000>0.05).
