ANALISIS PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA GURU PADA SMPN 1 KOKODA DISTRIK KOKODA KABUPATEN SORONG

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Kokoda, Kokoda District, South Sorong Regency, the purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment and career development on teacher job satisfaction at SMP Negeri 1 Kokoda, Kokoda District. The research method used in this research is quantitative research with an associative approach where variables are measured by a Likert scale. The data collection method is carried out with a list of questions (questionnaire) and documentation studies. The population in this study is all teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Kokoda, totaling 32. The number of samples used in this study is 32 people, where the entire population is used as a research sample using the saturated sample method. Data processing using SPSS 2026 software, obtained results, namely, According to teachers, support for the work environment and career development on job satisfaction is 63.2 percent. While 36.8 percent is influenced by other factors outside the model, with validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination (R2), partial hypothesis testing (t test) and simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test). All research instruments are declared valid and reliable. The influence of the work environment on job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect. The influence of career development is not partially significant on job satisfaction. The influence of the work environment and career development together on job satisfaction has a significant and positive effect.
