This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Compensation, and Job Satisfaction on employee performance at the Office of the Organizational Bureau of Southwest Papua Province. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with 35 employees as respondents who were used as samples. The saturated sampling technique, namely the entire population was sampled because the population size was below 100 people, where the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analysis used in this study was a quantitative analysis of multiple linear regression tests. The results of simultaneous testing of the variables of Organizational Culture, Compensation, and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employee performance variables, as evidenced by the results of the simultaneous test with a significance value of f <α (0.000 <0.05). The results of partial testing of the Organizational Culture variable did not significantly influence employee performance variables with a significance value of f <α (0.926>0.05). The results of partial testing of the Compensation variable had an influence but was not significant f <α (0.356>0.05). Job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of f <α (0.008>0.05).
