Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Southwest Papua Provincial Education Office. The study used a quantitative approach through a survey of 70 employees using a Likert-scale questionnaire. The data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26 after the instrument was deemed feasible and the model met the analysis requirements. The results indicate that emotional intelligence and organizational culture do not significantly influence employee performance, with emotional intelligence values ​​of 0.10 > 0.05 and organizational culture values ​​of 0.851 > 0.05. Meanwhile, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a value of 0.03 < 0.05.
