Abstract


The role of leadership in each organization is very dominant in developing and improving organizational competitiveness and change management is a series of processes used to ensure that significant changes can be carried out in a controlled and systematic way to improve organizational competitiveness. The purpose of this paper is to conduct an in-depth study of what factors influence the competitiveness of higher education organizations both from leadership and from change management. The method used in this paper is literature review. The results of this research study are factors that influence the competitiveness of Higher Education organizations from the point of view of the role of leadership is very dominant because the leadership of PTS as a driving force to drive the competitiveness strengths of universities in order to win the Competition Area (competition areas)
