IMPLEMENTASI PELAKSANAAN MEDIA RELATIONS DALAM PERUSAHAAN

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine the activities of Public Relations as Media Relations within the research object. Public relations plays an important role in establishing relationships with interested parties and helping organizations/companies to achieve organizational goals, both internal and external relations. So that in the end a pattern of public relations communication will be formed in every activity. Public relations at objek penelitian also communicates in establishing working relationships with several clients. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used were interviews with informants, field observations, and documents. The formulation of the problem is the focus of research. This research is also to find out what obstacles occur in objek penelitian and then what are the solutions to deal with these obstacles. Media relations is that the media has a very wide reach and almost all aspects of society can find out information only by using the media. The results of this study are the communication patterns carried out by public relations at objek penelitian which have been carried out so far, namely formal and informal communication patterns, where this communication supports good relations with internal parties (talent) and external parties (clients).
