PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PADA RICHEESE FACTORY

This research aims to determine the extent of the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction at the fast food restaurant Richeese Factory. The method used is descriptive quantitative through the distribution of questionnaires and interviews with 20 respondents. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that product quality has a very significant influence on customer satisfaction, with a regression coefficient value of 0.942 and a significance value of < 0.001. This indicates that the better the product quality perceived by consumers, the higher their satisfaction level. The main menu of spicy chicken with cheese sauce is highly appreciated, although there are notes about inconsistency in spiciness and sauce portions. Overall, consumers are satisfied and loyal to Richeese Factory products.
